By using Mise Fleet services you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Service description

Mise Fleet builds and manages virtual restaurant (sister brand) storefronts on third-party delivery platforms on behalf of licensed food operators. Pilot signup has no upfront setup fee; the $1 reservation deposit is refundable. An ongoing 12% revenue share applies to sister-brand earnings only.

Risk-free pilot

If your sister brands generate no revenue, you owe no performance share. Refund requests for the $1 reservation deposit must be submitted via email to hello@misefleet.com at any time before onboarding begins.

Operator responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining a valid food service license, fulfilling orders accurately, and complying with the terms of the delivery platforms your kitchen uses. Mise Fleet is not liable for order errors, platform policy changes, or lost revenue caused by platform suspensions.
